Cancellation Policy

• All items, except for In Stock, are made-to-order. At the time of order, item(s) will be processed immediately.
• Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
• Same-day cancellation will not incur any charges.
• Any item which is cancelled after the first day will incur a cancellation fee of $50. Any and all items cancelled are subject to additional charges to cover all labor and materials used during production.
• Undeliverable, unclaimed or refused items/packages due to account negligence/absence, incorrect account information or any other reason will be subject to a $25.00 refusal/re-route fee plus 25% re-stocking fee, plus additional charges to cover all labor and materials used during production.
• Any item which is ordered then changed is subject to additional charges and delay in delivery.
