Shipping Policy

• Items ordered at different times on the same day will be processed and most likely ship separately.
• All quoted orders do not include shipping charges.
• Shipped items may not be cancelled.
• All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the retailer/account
• For security purposes, all items will be shipped to the address provided at account setup. Please contact us to arrange for an alternate shipping address.
• Undeliverable, unclaimed or refused items/packages due to account negligence/absence, incorrect account information or any other reason will be subject to a $25.00 refusal/re-route fee plus 25% re-stocking fee, plus additional charges to cover all labor and materials used during production.
