Upon receipt of your sketch and/or instructions, our team of experienced CAD designers will create a rendered spec sheet, for your approval, in 48hrs or less. More time may be necessary for complex items.
Once the rendering is approved we will produce a 3D wax model by utilizing state of the art 3D printers and/or a 5-axis CNC. Our extensive knowledge in working with these cutting edge technologies allows us to achieve the very best in casting quality and aesthetic.
Next is casting the piece in a metal of your choosing. Whether gold or platinum, we cast in today's popular precious metals. Finally our staff of experienced craftsmen finishes the item to your specifications, within 4-6 days from CAD approval.
